Return Policy

 

Request for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of invoice date. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.  Please Note: Freight charges for all authorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. A restocking fee of 20% will also be assessed. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log or you may lose your right to make a claim with the delivery company. Claims for shortages in packing must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Candy, Glow/Lite-Up Products, Face Paint, Hats, Electronic, Sale, Clearance or Seasonal items are non-returnable.
